Darold Bolton is the founder of Bolton & McNish. He was born and raised in Frankfort, Kansas, and has successfully practiced law for many years in Marysville, Kansas. Darold is the third generation of his family to build and maintain a career in the area.
John McNish joined Darold in 2004, leaving Topeka, Kansas for a smaller community. John has two sons in Marysville Elementary School. John brings several years of practice advising the Kansas Board of Tax Appeals and the Kansas Corporation Commission. John represented the latter before the Kansas legislature, district and appellate courts and federal tribunals and courts. John’s wife, Laura Johnson-McNish, is also an attorney, C.P.A. and is published in the Washburn Law Journal. She assists the firm as needed with research and writing. |
